Villa Tangga

The unique modern exterior
design, commissioned of designer Ali Reda from
Singapore, with its large white steps, represent the
steps at the entrance of a Balinese temple; an image
you will never forget!
There are ocean views from
each bedroom, state of the art electronics and
appliances and a private beach excess, there is no
doubt that villa Tangga is one of the top few villas
on Bali.
Villa Tangga is located in
the quite village of Parerenan just 20 minutes away
from the Seminyak area, where the popular beaches are
and the trendy wine-dine-dance spots are located.
The setting in Parerenan is
serene; the surrounding village is traditional
Balinese and retrains larges expanses of beautiful
rice fields. The breathtaking golf course; Nirwana
(designed by Greg Norman) is only on a 15 minutes
drive. The exclusive Canggu Club is around the corner.
The Villa
The black sand beach meets
the Indian Ocean in front of the property and leads up
to the manicured lawns and the 6 x 22 meter infinity
pool.
Comfortable white sun deck
chairs invite for a sunbath while the design lounge
sofas are orientated specially for watching the waves
or enjoy the sunset.
The kitchen is modern and
offers all western comfort with the best of Germany's
quality and American design items, like the
refrigerator. There is even a wine cellar with
European cave temperatures. The chef prepares an
international menu at the highest standards, for
breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
Connected with the open, but
air conditioned living room, there is a separate TV
room with large plasma screen (61 inch) and a
comfortable lounge sofa and chairs , satellite, DVD,
professional surround system.
At the back of the living
room there is a hallway, with an art collection, that
leads you to the entrances of

The villa can host a maximum
of 10 guests
Junior Bedroom:
Each of the three bedrooms consists of an enclosed air
conditioned room with its own ensuite bathroom, with
rain shower.
They also have each a
king-size bed, TV with individual satellite, safe
deposit box, DVD-music system, comfortable lounge arm
chair.
All of the bedrooms have a
full sliding glass door, with a stunning view
overlooking the ocean.
Master Bedroom:
Here you find the only bath tub in the villa and it is
made of a single piece of marble imported from Jordan.
The room is fully air
conditioned and offers a DVD-music system, a plasma TV
screen with individual satellite. You will have a
private internet connection for your laptop.
For your wardrobe there is a
large and spacious "Walk in wardrobe"
En suite is a private massage
area.
Very special is the private
room with projection cinema
Studio:
Again stairs lead you to this very private and
separate living area upstairs.
The living area and its open
connected bedroom have a stunning view through the-
from-top-to-bottom glass window. You feel like you are
on top of the ocean!
A sliding door opens a large
terrace area that is the spot for your cocktail drink
under the stars.
